SEV Hellenic Federation of Enterprises, in collaboration with ACCI, SEVE and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), with the support of the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs, organize a business delegation to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam), from Monday the 10th until Thursday the 13th of December 2018, departing Saturday 8.12 and returning Friday 14.12.2018.

All branches of the Greek economy will be represented.

Doing Business in Zambia

The Hellenic-African Chamber of Commerce and Development is organizing, a virtual conference under the auspices of SEV, Hellenic Federation of Enterprises, the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) & the Greek Exporters Association (SEVE), regarding on the country’s economic situation, developments and trends, the business environment, export and investment opportunities in Zambia and more generally the conditions and prospects for co-operation between Zambia and Greece.

The conference will bring together leading government and business officials from Zambia as well as Greek businessmen active in that country.

Business Delegation to Lebanon (2-4/10/2018)

SEV and the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in cooperation with the Beirut Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture and the support of the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs, are organizing a business delegation to Lebanon, from Tuesday the 2nd to Thursday the 4th of October 2018. All sectors of the Greek economy will be represented.

The business forum between the Greek and Lebanese companies will be held on the 3rd of October 2018 at the premises of the Beirut Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture.

On behalf of SEV, the delegation will be led by the Vice-Chairman, Mr. Konstantinos Bitsios.

Business Delegation to Nigeria (5-9/11/2018)

SEV, the Athens Chamber of Commerce and the Greek-Nigerian Chamber of Commerce and Technology, with the support of the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs, are organizing a business delegation to Lagos, Nigeria from the 5th to the 9th of November 2018. The business forum will be held on the 6th of November, with the participation of Greek and Nigerian companies. The business delegation accepts participants from all sectors of the Greek economy. On behalf of SEV, the delegation will be led by the Vice-Chairman, Mr. Konstantinos Bitsios.

Promoting exports in Ukraine for Greek SMEs

The EBRD in collaboration with the Association of Exporters SEVE, the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry ACCI and SEV Hellenic Federation of Enterprises are organizing on Monday, 25 October 2021 between 14:00 – 17:30 an online conference aimed at facilitating the export activity of Greek companies in the Ukrainian market.

In particular, the conference will cover key aspects of exports to Ukraine, including tax and legal arrangements, contracts, supplies, pricing, distribution channels, the effects of covid-19 and other market entry information.

The EBRD advisory tools will also be presented to support companies’ development and extroversion plans.

Greece – Vietnam Business Forum & B2B meetings

On the occasion of the visit of H.E. Madam Vo Thi Anh Xuan, Vice President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, SEV and ACCI will hold a Business Forum with B2B meetings on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 10:00, (Grande Bretagne Hotel). This event will be organized in cooperation with the Embassy of Vietnam in Athens and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam.

The aim of the event is to inform Greek businessmen about the prospects and opportunities of the Vietnamese market, followed by B2B meetings between Greek and Vietnamese businessmen.

The companies from Vietnam are mainly from the following sectors: food and beverages, cosmetics, real estate, textile and others. Please find the list of participants here.

How to be an ExportExpert – Exports in practice

ExportReady Master initiates the new series of seminars titled “How to be an ExportExpert“. The seminars aim at disseminating skills and best practices to companies of all sectors and sizes who wish to boost their international trade.

The seminars are addressed to export executives, who wish to enhance their understanding of international trade, utilize modern export skills, and implement comprehensive export strategies.
The first seminar centers around “Export readiness”, by addressing various aspects of organizational and functional changes prior to engaging in international trade.

Business Delegation to Dubai

SEV, in collaboration with SEVE and the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs, have organized a business delegation to Dubai from the 12th to the 15th of March 2018.

This visit gave substance to the Memorandum of Understanding between SEV and the Federation of the UAE Chambers of Commerce and Industry that was signed last May in Athens, on the establishment of the Emirati-Greek Joint Business Council.

The strength of the Business Council is that it can act as a gateway between the two business communities. This way, the Business Council can elaborate on issues raised by companies operating in both countries, helping to lift barriers and facilitate trade and investments in both countries. It will enable companies to seek new opportunities.

The business delegation was led by the Executive Vice-Chairman of SEV, Mr. Bitsios, and accompanied by the Alternate Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Katrougalos.

During the delegation, a Greek-Emirati Forum was organized with the presence of the Minister of Economy of the UAE, Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansoori. The Minister underlined his willingness to build a strong cooperation between the two geo-strategic parts of the world, to invest in Greece and organize a second business meeting in Greece before the end of the year.

SEV Hellenic Federation of Enterprises and the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry – ACCI, are organizing a Webinar on “Doing Business in Ecuador”, in cooperation with Enterprise Greece and the Embassy of Ecuador in Budapest, on Thursday 7th of October 2021 at 13:00 (Greece Time).

Mr. Max Coello, Commercial Counselor of the Embassy of Ecuador will be the main speaker of the event and will present the opportunities in business, investment and tourism sectors in Ecuador, with an emphasis on the agri-food industry. An open discussion will follow.

Business Delegation to Moscow

SEV’s business delegation to Moscow, co-organized with SEVE, the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the RSPP (Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs), was successfully completed on the 31st of March 2018.

14 Greek companies participated, representing sectors of energy, metallurgy, paper processing, food, pharma and cosmetics, building materials and waste management. The Greek companies held 81 B2B meetings with 38 Russian companies and organizations, including Renova Group, Rosatom, RZD International, Meditorg, Zakorsky Pipe Plant and Skolkovo Foundation.
