DIS: ELTON Group chose DIS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O for their digital transformation

DIS is pleased to announce the start of the cooperation with ELTON Group, a leading distribution company of chemical components and raw material products, which has been successfully operating in the Greek industry for 40 years.

ELTON group is among the top 50 chemical distributors in Europe, the 100 largest worldwide and the second largest industry company in Southeast Europe, with a presence in 15 countries. The group employs more than 260 people and has 9 transit centers through which it distributes 300 thousand metric tons of goods on an annual basis, and their turnover for 2022 exceeded approximately 190 million euros. Recently, the company has acquired a 131.3-acre property for their warehousing activities, which will triple their capacity in the future.

In this context, ELTON has chosen DIS for their digital transformation with the Finance & Supply Chain Management applications of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

The implementation of the project will contribute to the optimization of the group’s functions of Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Sales (CRM) to Master planning (MPS – MRP), production, and advanced Warehouse Management. The project will be rolled out to the subsidiaries of the group in Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Ukraine, and Turkey.
