This web page is intended as a communications and information system between SEV and the public over the Internet.

The visitor/user is required to review carefully the terms of use and the service provision conditions below, before visiting, or using the web pages and services and, in case of disagreement, the visitor/user is required to refrain from any use of the web pages and services. Otherwise acceptance of and consent to the terms is presumed. The following terms of use apply to the entire content and all items, in general, contained in the web pages of SEV website.

Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
The entire content of the present web page, and SEV’s website in general, is subject to intellectual property rights and governed by the national and international provisions on Intellectual Property, with the exception of any explicitly acknowledged rights of third parties.
Consequently, it is expressly forbidden to duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, transmit, distribute, publish, translate, amend in any manner, in total or in part or in summary, without reference to the source, which is SEV.

As an exception, individual storage and copying of portions of the content on a simple PC is allowed, strictly for personal use and without the intention of commercial or other exploitation, and always subject to the precondition of referencing the source of origin, without this, however, implying any assignment of intellectual property rights whatsoever.

Any element which appears on the present web page and SEV’s website in general, and constitutes an intellectual property element of third parties, is exclusively and solely subject to such third party responsibility.

Content Changes 
The information and content of the present web page and SEV’s website in general is subject to modification, at its absolute discretion, without any prior relevant notification.

SEV makes every effort, without however providing any guarantees, and hence without bearing any liability, so that the information and all content are characterised by the utmost accuracy, clarity, time coherence, completeness, correctness and availability. SEV shall not be held liable in any case, including negligence, for any loss caused to the public due to the use of the website.
SEV does not provide any guarantee whatsoever for the continuous and error-free provision of applications and content. The information and services are provided “AS IS” without any express or implied guarantee, which is hereby expressly waived by SEV.

Web page users’ obligations
The public is required, on one hand to comply with the provisions of the Hellenic, European and International Law and, on the other, to abstain from any illegal and abusive behaviour when using the present web page and SEV’s website in general.

Third party content liability
SEV shall not be held liable for the content and services of other website to which SEV refers through links (links, hyperlinks), nor does it guarantee their availability. Any reference to other website is solely provided to facilitate the public and shall not be construed in any case as a commitment of SEV. Further, any issues arising during the visit/use of the websites to which this document refers are exclusively subject to the responsibility of the relevant websites to which the public is required to address.

Terms of Use Amendment
SEV reserves the right to amend the present terms from time to time, on specific and essential grounds, providing timely notification to the public in a prominent area of the website, in accordance with the applicable law. The use of the services by the public, following the above notification concerning the amendment of the Terms of Use shall imply acceptance of such modifications.
SEV is entitled to amend the Services provided through the Web pages or provisionally or permanently discontinue the operation of the Web pages, on specific and sound grounds, and when deemed necessary or expedient.

Compensation
It is expressly agreed herein that, in the event of any action, claim, whether administrative or legal, arising from any violation by the user, the user undertakes, on one hand to intervene to the relevant legal procedure and, on the other hand, to compensate the Website, in the event the user is ordered to pay compensation, or other costs.

Applicable law and miscellaneous terms
The present Terms of Use are governed by the provisions of Hellenic Law, the directives and Regulations of European Law and the relevant International provisions, and are construed in accordance with the principles of good faith, transaction ethics and the financial and social scope of the related rights.
In the event that any of the provisions is found contrary to the law and is hence deemed void or unenforceable, such provision ceases to be valid, ipso facto, without affecting the validity of the remaining terms. No amendment to the terms of the specific agreement shall be taken into account, nor shall they constitute part thereof, unless expressed in writing and integrated to it. Any referred disputes arising from the agreement in question shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.

   Data, information, material and content, including indicatively and without limitation, text, images, photos, charts, software, videos, music, sound and graphical displays.
2. Functional capabilities
   The services offered by or through the site.
3. Terms of Use
   The agreement between SEV and you, including the present Terms of Use.
4. Public
   The visitor of the site/user who participates to the present Terms of Use (and terms “you / your/ user” shall be construed accordingly).
