SEV organizes a digital workshop entitled “International Trade Negotiations: Learn from the Experts“, on Wednesday 10 February 2021 from 16:00 to 17:30.

The importance of international trade negotiations remains unquestionable. In international agreements you often do not get what you deserve, but what you have negotiated. It is the “means” for the parties to achieve their goals. The workshop will analyze practical examples in international trade and will present case studies by market executives of various export sectors.

The workshop is addressed to business executives involved in international trade negotiations from the departments of sales, marketing, exports, supply chain, finance, entrepreneurship, acquisitions and mergers.

SEV and the Hellenic-African Chamber of Commerce and Development are organising a virtual conference entitled: “Focus on Business in Ghana” on the 25th of November 2020, at 17:00.

The conference is dedicated to the market of Ghana, the country’s political and economic situation, the developments and trends, the business environment, the export and investment opportunities in Ghana and more generally the opportunities and prospects for co-operation between the two countries.

The conference will bring together leading government an business officials from Ghana as well as Greek businessmen with strong presence in this market.

Economic and social digital evolution has produced new facts in international trade. The digital presence of a company is now a key issue of its communication with consumers, customers, suppliers and the public. At the same time, the imposition of restrictive measures to respond to the current coronavirus crisis has led to a large increase in e-commerce, highlighting the need to support businesses in their efforts to provide the fullest possible information to digital consumers.

SEV organizes a digital workshop entitled “Digital Marketing and E-Commerce in Exports: From theory to practice”, on Wednesday 18 November 2020 from 16:00 to 17:30.

The workshop is designed to give a practical approach to Digital Marketing and E-Commerce issues and help Greek companies meet the needs of digital international trade and develop the relevant appropriate skills and knowledge. The seminar is addressed to business executives of all sectors.

As part of its continuing efforts to provide comprehensive support to Greek exporters in the midst of the coronavirus crisis, SEV organises a webinar entitled “Export opportunities and challenges in the Covid-19 era” on the 30th of September at 16:00, to address the opportunities and threats of international trade. Greek Deputy Minister for Economic Diplomacy and Openness, C-level experts from Fitch, Eurobank and the industry will discuss the state of play of European markets as well as developing markets like Southeast Asia and sub-Saharan Africa.
