Cardlink participated in the National Customer Service Week

Cardlink welcomed its guests and partners to its offices to celebrate quality service and to reward the people who work daily to provide high-quality customer service as part of the National Customer Service Week. During the event, guests had the chance to become acquainted with the company, where they visited the “operations center” of the national transaction processing network and were introduced to new digital customer services and the people behind the Customer Service Team.
The Cardlink 500 contest was also held during the National Customer Service Week. Each day between October 1-6, anyone who called Cardlink’s customer service call center had the chance to participate in a lottery to win a €500 check by providing their information on www.cardlink.gr.
