Spyros Theodoropoulos
Spyros Theodoropoulos leads the food group BESPOKE SGA HOLDINGS S.A., which he founded in early 2022. Today, the group consists of the companies ION, ΑMBROSIA and HELLENIC JUICES. The group employs more than 1,450 people.
He began in 1976 at the family-owned dairy production company Recor S.A. In 1989, he acquired CHIPITA with the aim of implementing the innovative idea of producing packaged long shelf-life croissants, for the first time worldwide. In 2006, CHIPITA merged with the companies DELTA, Goody’s, and Barba Stathis, creating the Group VIVARTIA. In 2007, VIVARTIA was acquired by MIG, and Spyros Theodoropoulos continued to hold the position of CEO.
In 2010, Spyros Theodoropoulos, together with the Olayan Group and other Greek entrepreneurs, reacquired CHIPITA, which he developed into one of the leading companies in bakery snacks globally. CHIPITA was acquired by MONDELEZ in 2021, in a landmark deal for the Greek food sector.
He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of SEV hellenic federation of enterprises.
He has served as Chairman of the Association of Listed Companies, Vice Chairman of the Athens Stock Exchange, member of the Board of Directors of the National Bank of Greece, member of the Board of Directors of Public Power Corporation and a member of the General Council of the Bank of Greece.

Rania Ekaterinari is President of SEV Executive Committee & Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors since June 2024. She is also independent director on the boards of ElvalHalcor, Motor Oil και HEDNO and member of various board committees (Audit, Nomination, Remuneration and Sustainability Committees).
She has over 27 years of professional experience across different sectors. She began her career in the oil & gas sector for Chevron in London and the Caspian reghion. She then worked for more than 10 years in Corporate and Investment Banking in London and in Athens for Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas and Eurobank.
Later in her career, she assumed senior managerial positions, including: CEO of GrowthFund (the National Investment Fund of Greece), Partner at EY in Transaction Advisory Services & EY Energy Sector Leader for SE Europe, and Deputy CEO and executive member of the Board of Public Power Corporation (PPC).
Following GrowthFund, Rania worked as senior advisor to large corporates on investment strategy, M&A and finance transactions in the energy and renewables sector.
Today, she is also Member of the Board of IOBE, member of the Advisory Board of Dianeosis, Vice-President of the Board of Alba Association, co-chair of the Greek Chapter of WomenCorporateDirectors /WCD (the largest global network of women board directors) and member of the European Network for Women in Leadership.
She holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Aristotle University and an MBA from Bayes Business School.

Holds an Economics degree specializing in Econometrics from the University of Essex and is a Fellow (FCA) member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
He began his career in 1989 with KPMG in London, specializing in banking and large multinational Groups before joining the international food and drink group DIAGEO in 1993, to assume senior Greek and European positions in Finance and Business development. During 1998-1999, he also worked for the development of the food sector business (Pillsbury) in
Middle East and North Africa. Between 2000-2002 he worked as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Restructuring Officer, in an ASE listed high-tech company (part of LEVENTIS Group) and in 2003 he joined PETROLA HELLAS as Chief Financial Officer.
After the legal merger and operational integration of PETROLA HELLAS with HELLENIC PETROLEUM, he was appointed as CFO of the new Group in 2005 and became a member of the Group’s Executive Committee. In 2012, he assumed the responsibility for International subsidiaries and he was Deputy CEO during the period 2014-2015 and 2017-2019, when he
became CEO.
He is a founding member of the American Hellenic Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) board of Corporate Governance and is also a member in a number of professional bodies including the Economic Chamber of Greece and ICAEW specialized faculties. In 2020, he was elected in the BoD of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) and from June 2021 he is the President of the Business Council for Sustainable Development (SEV VIAN).

He was born in Athens in 1968 and holds a PhD in Banking and a MA in Business and Banking from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
He held various senior management positions at ABN AMRO Bank’s Financial Institutions Group in London and at Emporiki Bank wherein he has worked as Deputy (acting) Chief Financial Officer.
He joined Alpha Bank in 2007. In 2010 he was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and in 2012 he was appointed General Manager. Through these posts, he spearheaded capital raisings of several billions from foreign
institutional shareholders, diversifying the Bank’s shareholder base, as well as significant mergers and acquisitions that contributed to the consolidation of the Greek banking market, reinforcing the position of the Bank.
He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank since November 2018 and Chief Executive Officer since January 2019.
In 2019 he was elected member of the Institut International d’ Études Bancaires (IIEB).
He is a member of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) since July 2021.
In October 2021 he was elected member of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Association (HBA).

Alexandra Papalexopoulou is an Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Titan S.A. and Chair of the Board Strategy Committee. Her career began as an analyst for the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and later as an associate at the consulting firm Booz, Allen & Hamilton in Paris in the early 1990s. Joining TITAN Group in 1992, she started out in international trading and business development, then headed Strategic Planning, before becoming Deputy Chair of the Group Executive Committee. Currently she is an independent, non-executive director of Aegean Group, General Secretary of Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) and in the past has served as an independent member of the board in various companies, including Coca-Cola HBC, National Bank of Greece and others. She is also a member of the Board and Treasurer of the Paul and Alexandra Canellopoulos Foundation and serves on the Board of Trustees of INSEAD Business School. She holds a BA in Economics from Swarthmore College, USA, and an MBA in Business Administration from INSEAD, France.

Marco is a founding partner at Big Pi Ventures, an Athens based VC founded in 2018, investing in exceptional teams who want to become global tech leaders. Big Pi is a multi-stage tech fund managing over 250m Euros through a pre-seed and seed fund as well as a newly launched growth fund, the first of its kind in the region. Prior to Big Pi, Marco co-founded Upstream with Alex Vratskides in 2002, and was its CEO until 2017.
During his tenure, Upstream reached revenues of €230m and a team of +400 employees, until Actis acquired a majority in 2014, making it the first nine figure tech exit in Greece. Marco is also a shareholder and co-founder of Persado, which started as an R&D unit within Upstream, and was spun out as a stand alone company in 2012, with Bain Capital Ventures as lead investors. Persado, under the leadership of Alex Vratskides has become a leader and innovator in AI-generated marketing language globally with investors including Goldman Sachs and Amex Ventures.
He is an early investor in numerous technology companies including Workable, Hellas Direct, SoftOne,Softomotive (acquired by Microsoft),Accusonus (acquired by Meta) and Flexfin (acquired by Alpha Bank). Marco is a member of the executive committee and board of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV), Endeavor, the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research (IOBE), Junior Achievement and diaNEOsis think tank.

Evangelos Chrysafis is a lawyer and holds a degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He started his legal career in 1989, when he became a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association.
He has a long tenure with METLEN (formerly MYTILINEOS) playing a pivotal role in the Group’s growth and international expansion. The company is now present in all five continents and more than 40 countries.
In 2009, he took the role of General Director for Legal and Regulatory Issues for MYTILINEOS. He has also served in the Board of Directors of Aluminum of Greece and Protergia as well as the HAIPP (Hellenic Association of Independent Power Producers). Since 2018, he is the Executive Vice Chairman of METLEN BoD for Regulatory & Strategic Energy & Infrastructure Issues. Since 2023 he is also the Chairman of METKA ATE (METLEN’s subsidiary focused on the development of infrastructure projects).
His professional activity has been closely associated with the major transformations of the European and, consequently the Greek regulatory framework in the energy sector. He actively contributed to the reforms that led to the liberalization of the natural gas and electricity markets, while also to the initiatives aimed at ensuring competitive energy costs for Greece’s energy-intensive industries. He actively supported SEV’s Energy Committee to the introduction of regulatory measures that strengthened industrial competitiveness by reducing energy cost and enhancing security of supply.
Since 2024, he is a member of the Board of Directors of SEV – Hellenic Federation of Enterprises, while since early 2025 as Chairman of SEV’s Industry Committee he actively contributes to the formulation of positions and policy proposals on issues relating to industrial policy, competitiveness and the sustainable development of Greece’s productive base.

Achilles V. The Group creates long-term value through the development of high-quality and sustainable destinations.

Mr. Kallinikos has been active since 1988, in the market of retail at first and later in the foodservices market. Since 2000, he holds a leading position in the top management of Goldair Cargo, Hellas Logistics, Mediterranean Logistics, Goldair, Goldair Handling and Goldeco.

Naya Kalogeraki is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Coca-Cola HBC A.G. (CCHBC), a public company listed on the London and Athens Stock Exchanges and included in the FTSE 100 Index. In this role, she oversees the operations of 29 countries across three continents. She has more than 25 years of experience with The Coca-Cola Company and CCHBC, having built her career through Customer, Commercial, and General Manager roles, advancing to Chief Customer and Commercial Officer and then COO, and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team of CCHBC.
She currently serves on the Boards of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV), Café del Vergnano, and Coca-Cola Bottling Company Egypt S.A., and has also served as Chairperson of the Global Customer Governance Board of The Coca-Cola Company. Until October 2024, she was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets S.A. (HCAP).
Kalogeraki holds a BSc in Business Administration from The American College of Greece and an MBA from the University of Kent, and she has completed executive programs in strategic management and innovation at Harvard Business School and IMD. Ioannis Karagiannis is Chairman of the Olympia Group. He was born in Athens in 1973. He studied Economics at the Athens University of Economics and Business and holds a Master’s degree in Business & Management from the University of Strathclyde. He is married and has two children.
Upon his return at the age of 23, he took over the management of the family company V. KAFKAS SA and began its repositioning by expanding the store network, building a new administrative structure, investing in information systems, increasing Human Resources, and introducing new products and services in collaboration with leading suppliers.
In 2024, V. KAFKAS SA had sales of €343 million, employing more than 1,500 people in 85 branches in Greece and Cyprus, and in 3 Panel Building Units of Medium & low voltage in Athens and Thessaloniki.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of SEV and member of the BoD for FEGIME, a European group of electrical equipment trading companies that operates in 30 countries, comprises over 260 member companies, and includes more than 1,500 points of sale and with sales exceeding €8 billion.
Additionally, he was a member of the Advisory Committee of the Egg – enter•grow•go program, an integrated business development acceleration program for startups, for 3.5 years.

MELISSA KIKIZAS, founded in 1947, is one of Greece’s leading food companies and remains owned and managed by the third generation of the founding family. The company’s core activities include the production of semolina and pasta, as well as premium extra virgin olive oil. MELISSA KIKIZAS holds a 35% share of the Greek pasta market, while exports account for approximately 50% of its total turnover.
Alexandros Kikizas was born in Athens in 1981. He is a graduate of Athens College and holds a BSc in Economics from Queen Mary University of London, as well as a Master’s Degree in Economics & Finance from the University of Warwick.
Having maintained an active involvement across all areas of the family business from an early stage, Mr. Kikizas joined MELISSA KIKIZAS full-time in 2005, following the completion of his military service, and assumed the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer. In 2012, at the age of 31, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Today, the company generates annual revenues of approximately €150 million, with exports accounting for 50% of total turnover across 45 countries worldwide. In 2021, MELISSA KIKIZAS expanded into the premium extra virgin olive oil category through the acquisition of Terra Creta, a leading olive oil producer based in Crete.
With a strong commitment to supporting and advancing agricultural production, MELISSA KIKIZAS actively contributes to the development of Greek farming through educational and support initiatives. The company established the Wheat Academy and the Olive Academy, programmes dedicated to providing farmers with training, knowledge and practical support aimed at enhancing quality, productivity and sustainability.

Nikos Loulis was born in 1986 in Larissa. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from Boston College (USA), a diploma in Flour Milling Technology from Swiss Milling School (Switzerland), and an MBA from INSEAD (Singapore).
Since 2010, he has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Loulis Food Ingredients, the leading company in the Balkans in the production of flour and ingredients for the baking and confectionery industries.
Under his leadership, the company has tripled its turnover, surpassing €200 million in annual revenue, while also expanding its operations in the food ingredients sector across Greece and Bulgaria.
He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the AITCG (Association of Industries of Thessaly & Central Greece) and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Association of Greek Flour Millers.

Philippa Michali is the Chairwoman of the Board & CEO of NN Hellas since April 2023.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) and Chairwoman of its Inclusion & Equality Committee, while since January 2025, she is a member of the SFNCC Advisory Council. Before joining NN Group, Philippa worked in the financial industry for more than 25 years in several positions, both in asset management and private insurance, eight of which as CEO of a multinational insurance company.

He graduated from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) in 1989. During his studies, he started working at the family business. In 2001, he took over as Chief Executive Officer of METRO SA, at the age of 33.
In February 2016, METRO SA acquired Veropoulos stores, thus forming one of the largest retail chains in the Greek market. Today, the company owns 250 My market retail supermarkets and My market Local convenience stores and 50 METRO Cash & Carry wholesale markets, strategically located all over the country. The company currently employs over 11.300 people.
In January 2020, METRO SA opened its first store abroad, the MCC BEST VALUE LTD wholesale store in the city of Limassol in Cyprus.
METRO SA’s turnover is €1,59 billion.

Dr. Kyriacos Sabatakakis is the Country Managing Director (CMD) of Accenture in Greece and in Cyprus, overseeing a team of 2,000 professionals.
In his role as CMD, which he has held since 2003, he has led numerous complex projects in strategy, innovation, and digital transformation for major organizations in Greece and abroad. He has extensive international experience, having served as Accenture’s global lead for consulting services in mobile networks (2003–2008), while earlier he worked at Andersen Consulting in Zurich and in Swiss high-tech companies.
He actively contributes to the national dialogue on the country’s technological reinvention, having overseen since 2017 a series of strategic studies mapping the Greek business and technology landscape. Since June 2024, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of SEV (Hellenic Federation of Enterprises) and co-chair of the Technology & Digital Transformation Committee.
He is an Electrical Engineer and a graduate of Yale University, Dartmouth College, and the National Technical University of Athens.

Menelaos Tasopoulos is the CEO and major shareholder of Papoutsanis SA. Papoutsanis is a leading Greek company among the largest producers of bar soaps and liquid cosmetics in Europe, with exports exceeding 55% of its annual sales.
He is a Chemical Engineering graduate from National Technical University of Athens, has a Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Columbia University and a PhD in Applied Science from Yale University.
In 1991, coming back from the US, he worked in the industry. His first job, for five years, was at Papoutsanis. Following 13 years and until 2008 he worked at VIOHALCO Group of Companies in several positions of responsibility in Greece and abroad. For the last 4 years in the Group he held the position of CEO at HALCOR SA, the copper arm of the group. Next two years he served as Head of Private Equity at EFG Eurobank. In 2010, together with his partner George Gatzaros, undertook a management buyout and subsequent turnaround of Papoutsanis, since then achieving the continuous growth and expansion of the company.

Olga Vayena is a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in international industrial organizations with a proven track record of leadership roles across production, technology, innovation, and business development.
Currently, she serves as Managing Director of BIC Violex and Head of Global R&D at BIC, holding a dual leadership role with a significant operational and strategic footprint on a global scale.
Athens-based BIC Violex is one of the BIC Group’s premier global manufacturing hubs for the shaver category, while also serving as the global R&D center for the segment. With a workforce of around 1,500 employees, the company exports more than 98% of its production output to over 100 countries.
Throughout her professional career, Olga has held positions of increasing responsibility across manufacturing, technology, quality, supply chain, and innovation, both at BIC and other leading international groups, such as Frigoglass and ELVAL. Furthermore, having lived and worked in both Greece and the United States, she brings a wealth of international and cross-cultural expertise to the table.
She has led complex initiatives in business transformation, production process optimization, new product development, and competitiveness.
Olga views industry and manufacturing as strategic pillars for Greece’s long-term growth, believing that maximizing human talent, expertise, and innovation requires a modern, robust, and outward-looking manufacturing base.

Born in Mytilini, Lesvos, Theodore E. Tryfon was educated at Athens College and holds a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Southampton, followed by an MBA from City University Business School in London.
He joined ELPEN in 1992 and has since played a defining role in its evolution into a vertically integrated pharmaceutical Group with a strong international presence. Today, ELPEN ranks among Greece’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, with a group turnover of €500 million (2025), exporting to over 90 countries worldwide, and a workforce exceeding 1,700 employees in Greece and abroad. The Group combines industrial scale with advanced innovation capabilities, operating four production facilities in Pikermi and Keratea (Attica), as well as the largest private Research and Experimental Centre in Spata, the Athens LifeTech Park.
Internationally, ELPEN continues to expand its footprint through strategic subsidiaries, including ELPEN PHARMA GmbH in Berlin and ELPEN MEA in Dubai, strengthening its presence in key European and Middle Eastern markets.
Since 2014, Mr. Tryfon has served as President of the Panhellenic Union of Pharmaceutical Industries (PEF), representing 56 pharmaceutical companies and 51 production sites across Greece. Since 2019, he has contributed to the broader business community as a Member of the Board of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) and acting President of the Industrial Policy Committee reinforcing the critical link between industrial policy and sustainable economic development.

Kleomenes Barlos
Professor Emeritus Kleomenes Barlos was born on March 20, 1949 in Patras. He received a BA in Chemistry and a PhD in Chemistry degree from the University of Munich in 1976, concerning the composition and fasmatoskopeia boranes, organophosphorus and organosilicon compounds.
In 1980, he joined the Organic Chemistry Laboratory of the University of Patras as Specialist and subsequently came to the rank of Professor. Since 1981, he teaches “Organic Chemistry” and “Peptide and Combinatorial Chemistry” at the University of Patras where he worked in the areas of amino acid derivatives, specialty polymers and synthesis of peptides and small proteins.
Moreover, he founded CBL Patras S.A. in 1990 with the business of which he is engaged to date.
Since 2015, he serves as Chairman of the Board, Federation of Industries of Peloponnese & Western Greece and from 2016, he is a member of the National Council for Research and Innovation of the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs.

Panos Lolos
Panos Lolos is a Greek citizen, and he was born in Athens, Greece in 1972. He holds a B.A. in Political Science & International Studies from Panteion University, an M.A. from North Carolina State University and an MBA from the University of Piraeus.
From 2000 until 2001 he worked in AV Vassilopoulos S.A. -a subsidiary of the Belgian food retailer Delhaize. Since 2001, he joined the heavy industry having an experience in the domestic and exports sales of Halcor S.A. (https://halcor.com/ ) -a leading European manufacturer that specializes in the production, processing and marketing of copper and copper alloy products with dynamic commercial presence in the European and global markets. He undertook the position of the General Manager of the Copper and Copper Alloys Division of ElvalHalcor S.A. (www.elvalhalcor.com ) -a public listed company in the ATHEX and a subsidiary of Viohalco S.A. (www.viohalco.com )- in 2020 whereas today he holds the position of the General Manager of the Copper Segment of the same company.
Panos is a BUSSINESSEUROPE representative in the EU High-level Industrial Forum which brings together leaders from industry, public authorities, civil society and academia, creating a platform to exchange ideas and influence Europe’s industrial direction . He is also the Chairman of the Association of Industries of Central Greece (www.svse.gr ), executive member of the BoD of ElvalHalcor S.A., executive member of the BoD of Sofia Med A.D. (Home ǀ Sofia Med), member of the BoD of ΕADEP S.A. ( https://www.eanepoa.gr/ ), the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV | Hellenic Federation of Enterprises)- in which he holds the position of the Chairman of the International Relations Committee-, the Hellenic Production-Industry Roundtable for Growth, (ΑΡΧΙΚΗ – ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΠΑΡΑΓΩΓΗ ), the International Wrought Copper Council (International Wrought Copper Council – ) and a member of the Advocacy Committee of European Metals (https://www.europeanmet.com/ ), while he is a registered member of the Economic Chamber of Greece (https://oe-e.gr/en/ ).
Panos has an experience of 25 years in manufacturing and a strong commitment to advocate industrial-related issues in national and international fora. He has a strong interest in energy, technology, competition, international trade, investments and regulation. Apart from industry-related topics, his pubic presence and his published articles in Greek and English are related to the economy and the regulation policies.

George Roupakias
President of the Association of Thessalian Enterprises and Industries (STHEV)
George Roupakias was born in 1980 in Larisa. He studied Civil Engineering in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He then continued his studies in Leeds University, where he acquired his master in MSc Construction Management.
His is CEO of PROKEL S.A. and VERMION S.A., as well as CEO and Vice President of «Agios Nikitas» clinic, headquartered in Larisa.
He is constantly participating in STEV’s activities and continuously elected in the Board of Directors since 2007, while he served as a Vice President from 2010 to 2019.
He takes part in various construction projects, since he has worked as Organization and Planning Manager, Quality Control and Operations Manager, as well as in the department of Static and Architecture Research in Prokel S.A.
He represents STHEV in working group of SEV (Hellenic Federation of Enterprises), called «Licensing of Projects and Activities».
He speaks English, he is married and father to a boy.

Athanasios Syrianos
President of the Board of Directors of the Association of Industries of Thessaly and Central Greece (2022-).
Athanasios Syrianos was born in Piraeus, studied economics at the Albertus Magnus University in Cologne, Germany. From 1984 to 1987 he worked at the family shipping company AION 21, based in Piraeus. In 1988 he participated in a study by the Institute of Transport Sciences of the University of Cologne, for the Commission of the European Community, on the development of road transport in Europe. From 1989 to 1992 he worked for Roland Berger, the International Business Consultants company, in Munich. From 1992 to 2019 he was the Managing Director and since 1997, he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Brewery of Atalanti S.A.
He has served as a member of the Boards of Directors of the Hellenic German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (2007-2022), the KARENTA A.E./ /Distributor of Audi, VW & Skoda (2019-2022), the Marketing Greece/a company for the promotion and development of tourism (2018- ), the Association of Industries of Thessaly and Central Greece (2016-2019), the German School of Athens (1996-2012), the Hellenic Rowing Federation (1985-1988) and the Olympiacos Piraeus Sports Club (1984-1988). He was an athlete, member of the national rowing team. He is married to Dorothea Mertin and they have three children. He speaks German and English.

Stavros Theodoropoulos
Stavros Theodoropoulos, President of the Federation of Attica and Piraeus Industries, studied Public Administration at the Universities of Athens and Rotterdam, and Business Administration at Harvard University. He has worked at SIDENOR SA, ANAMET SA, and in key positions for VIOHALCO companies in Southeastern Europe. In 2010, he founded ECORESET SA aimed at providing industrialized solutions for the treatment of complex streams of industrial and urban waste. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of OPAP SA (2007-2009), of the Advisory Board of UNDP/RCPAR (2005-2010) and as a member of the Board of Directors of MATHIOS Refractories SA (2019-2025). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of SEPAN (Federation of Recycling and Energy Recovery Industries and Enterprises) and a member of the Board of Directors of the Piraeus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
